A simple route that starts and ends in Sai Kung. Some single track as you ascend and descend the mountainside with plenty of areas to pull over and contemplate where you went wrong (or right) in life whilst taking in the stunning views of HK. The road surfaces are generally good but can get a little gnarly towards the top of the mountain. Best time to go is any time you have the time although it can get a bit foggy some evenings right at the top. Highlights - the Shell garages on the Clear Water Bay Road sell V Power and the snack selection is pretty good if you like your dried seaweed and chickens feet...hmm.
