A nice bumpy road leads from the Village Charakas to village Paraninimfi. Good road surface and some nice corners, plus great view to Mesara plateau and to sea of Liviko. Near Paranimfi village you can visit Ampas Waterfall (There are signs that lead you there). It's the biggest waterfall in Crete (140m) but it has water only in winter time after heavy rains.
