Best to start from CV720 (hard to find junction midway between Castell de Castells and Benigembla). The first 200 meters have very rough surface, probably to discourage large campers from taking this route. A good restaurant with great views on the top, about half way to Orba. The road down the mountain and Vall de Laguar goes through several villages and has some very nice views.
