A very nice ride from start to finish. Billom has a large market every Monday with a medevil quarter and some really nice cafes and bars and a great Kebab shop! I live about half way along the route near Cunlhat where there is a long straight with a slight rise that regularly has the local Gendarmes hiding in the forest doing radar speed checks but apart from that I haven't seen them on any other part of the route.
Like most rural french roads you always need to be on the lookout for tractors and on this route really BIG log lorries.

Race track smoothness and corners in places.
